“Staffs are friendly and provide really helpful information!”

“OK吧，再去的话还会入住的。”

“I recently stayed at the Courtyard Reno Riverfront, and this experience was deeply disappointing—especially as someone who joined Marriott with high expectations. I have been a Hilton Diamond member for years, and I specifically chose to try Marriott to compare the level of service and hospitality. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below what I expected and has left me extremely disappointed. First, the front desk service was unacceptable. “酒店老舊， 桌子黏黏的，像是沒有清潔過。 入住期間馬桶堵塞， 水流出來流了一地， 維修人員緩慢， 請他們清潔房間卻連地也沒有拖， 很失望”

“Nice property and thoughtful when it came to being above an event space/bar. The location is just great as its right across from the bus station and many homeless in the area. Otherwise, very cute boutique hotel.”

“very wonderful hotel. The best hotel at Reno.”

“Goodl k”

“Roaches”

“太過嘈雜，無法睡眠”

“All good ”

“Everything was perfect!!! I’m shocked they don’t charge more. Steven at the front desk was our favorite person there! All the staff is great but Steven really went above and beyond! Breakfast, rooms, bar lounge and pool was fabulous!! The only problem I had was that there was no fan in the bathroom and the lights weren’t as bright in there too. Other than that, we will be back for sure!!!”

“The room was clean and the inn was very peaceful and quiet, but there were problems with the furniture and a weird smell when me and my family entered the room. The water in the shower was taking a long time to drain, the mirror was cracked, there were stains on the curtains, and pieces of the table were chipped off. Breakfast was also plain and they did not have many options to choose from. ”

“Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The hotel's location is convenient. The only minor drawback is that parking costs extra. It would be ideal if free parking were available.”
